Who wants to know the answer to this question:
What's for dinner, mom?
I've got your back. In a new series that I'm authoring for Williams-Sonoma I tackle this issue with gusto (it's a tough job, eating for a living) and what I've come up with is going to make you look forward to cooking dinner -- even mid-week!
The first book in this series, Pizza Night, just hit the stores and it's filled with delicious and fast pizza recipes that your entire family will devour. Photography by the incredibly talented Erin Kunkel will make your mouth water with every turn of the page.
A few ideas to get you going: brussels sprouts & bacon pizza; leek, potato & rosemary pizza; caramelized pineapple & soppresatta pizza.
How do you say YUM in Italian?
You can find Pizza Night at Williams-Sonoma.
It's with mixed emotions (because I'm sad that it's over!) that I announce the final book in the "of the day" series is here!
Healthy Dish of the Day will inspire you to fill your plates and bellies with super-healthy, nutritionally-packed, seasonal recipes. Simply turn to today's date and get cooking. As with all of the books in this series, you will find wonderful recipes from weeknight family dinners to dishes worthy of impressive entertaining.
Some of my favorites: Roasted salmon & avocado-grapefruit salsa in February,
Artichoke-lemon ravioli in a simple broth in April & Portobello burgers with caramelized onions & tomato ginger jam in September.
